If we are not able to convince you or solve your problem, we will either replace your order or return your money. All such complaints will be entertained ONLY within 3 days from the date of delivery. Please note that if the product is substantially used, it cannot be replaced or returned. Also this policy will not be applicable for FRAGRANCES.
